It's too late now, but please no more manga/anime art outside of booster fun.
Tree of Perdition using the J22 anime art as the default printing in INR is a flavor disaster for what is supposed to be a lover letter to the plane and aesthetic of Innistrad.
How do others feel about the only version of some new Jumpstart cards being anime?

Things that Helped my Art Anxiety
The concept of under-drawing. Red mechanical HB lead significantly reduced my drawing anxiety because of the comfort it provides, allowing me to draft everything before doing the scary dark lines.
Starting out with mechanical pencils. They are scary to a lot of artists, but to tiny me, they looked cool. The thinner the lines, the more you learn. 0.5 lead was my favourite. Mechanical pencils helped my improve my technical skills and also learn interesting ways to do linework that I personally liked, just through experimenting.
Starting my art journey with one single mid-range A5 sketchbook, carrying it everywhere and using it for everything. Helped a lot, made me experiment without fear of "ruining it," overall reducing a perfectionist attitude
Eventually dedicating a sketchbook to "ruin and destruction", which came to contain all my lessons learnt, experiments, and also some of my best pieces.
Now I'm doing character work, a 90GSM pathetic little plain notebook has also been helpful. All concepts and drafts and ideas go in there. I end up with very Da Vinci pages, and don't stress about drafts that aren't "good enough." All my drafts and stupid logic and references and quotes and thingies go in there.
Sticky notes to cover mistakes. Very helpful and aesthetique™
Jar form for gouache made painting enjoyable, since I wasn't worried about wastage or mixage, plus the comfort of reactivation.
For both watercolour and gouache, I started with "good enough" options. Within 2k INR, maximum, that lasted me over three years and, again, contributed to some of my best work.
Using 140-160 GSM for everything. Highly recommend. Don't start out with thick pages, kids. Get something that can tolerate most things, but I personally prioritise page count over most other things. The satisfaction of progress is unmatched, I tell you.
Consistently pushing my boundaries. I have a couple of areas that I've worked with enough to be comfortable and effortless, but every couple of months I make a list of things I want to work on and start learning. Then, if I achieve those targets, I enhance them until they are in my comfort zone for a month or so, and then make a new list.
The advice "Do a complete 180 if you feel like it" in regard to art style helped a lot. Initially, I was a fan of so many different art styles, but as I focused on building my fundamentals, I found there was a specific style I was drawn to. I didn't replicate it, but I did studies of my favourite artists, and tried to see how those elements would fit into my own work. Then, once I was sick of it, I'd try something else. No commitment guilt, it's never conducive to growth

I went to the book fair today and I was so heartbroken to see Iskon selling AI generated pictures of Radha and Krishna. Like there were two pictures hanging on the wall with other pictures for sale and they just looked so lifeless and uncanny compared to the others. These pictures were framed and glassed and probably cost atlest 300 INR or somthikng. I really don't care about people using AI 'art' for personal uses like as reference pics but selling these soulless stuff is really really bad. Like this just feels money grabbing to me.
And there's more. Like I saw atleast 5 to 6 books with AI generated covers. And these werent some 30 rupees pulp fiction. One legit costs ₹ 250 and is written by a well loved author (who got their copyright put off few moths ago, so its easy for many publishers to just publish them for free). Like I got confused if the cover was even made by AI or I was just thinking too much. Ended up not buying it.
This normalization and monetization of AI 'art' is what is scaring me. A lot of people aren't aware of AI pics (like I saw today with my father) and might end up paying for complete worthless stuff. This is serious. This is cheating.
Feel free to add on to the rant. I am a mood to talk about this shit.

This is @joen-lenawley and the respective runners of the other Beatles parody/rp blogs’s side blog (I don’t know if the person who runs the Ringo one wants to reveal their main). It started with a joke post (referencing the album Beatles for Sale) and I had the idea to make this. This is basically a place for Beatles doodle requests. Please note that I (Joen) suck at art and am the main one fulfilling requests atm, so don’t expect anything to be good, lol

Follicular Unit Excision (FUE) hair transplant surgery involves removing individual hair follicles and transplanting them to the region of baldness. Following FUE hair transplant surgery, it's common for patients to experience hair shedding during the first two months. This shedding is a natural part of the healing process and signals the body's preparation for new hair growth.
Around the six-month mark, expect a flourishing phase of hair growth. This is when the magic truly begins, as the transplanted hair follicles start to produce visible results. Expect a steady growth rate of approximately 1 to 2 centimeters per month, gradually filling in any bald or thinning areas.
By the time you reach nine to twelve months post-surgery, you'll be delighted by the transformation. Your new hair will have fully grown in, allowing you to style and care for it just like your natural hair. Embrace the confidence that comes with a fuller, rejuvenated appearance!
🔬 Surgical vs. Non-Surgical Options:
Whether surgical or non-surgical, Cutibless tailors treatments to your unique needs. Surgical options are ideal for concentrated baldness, while non-surgical methods like Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) therapy offer a solution for diffuse thinning.
